Working Principle
Vertical steaming wok is one of the commonly used equipment in the production line. The vertical steaming wok is composed of several layers of pot monomers. The structure of each layer of pot monomers is basically the same, with side interlayer and bottom interlayer, and steam is passed into the interlayer to heat the material. The center of the pot has a vertical axis through each layer, each layer of pot monomer has two paddle type stirring wings fixed on the vertical axis, stirring the material layer. There are blanking holes on the floor plate of each layer of the pot body, and automatic material doors are installed at each layer of blanking holes. The height of the material layer of each layer of the pot body is controlled by controlling the amount of blanking. At the same time, there are exhaust pipes on the side walls of each layer of the pot body, which are connected to the exhaust pipe together to discharge the evaporated water vapor in the process of steaming and frying.
