Application

Oil Refine Machine
※ Degumming and deacidifying process
This step uses NaOH to remove free fatty acids in oil, resulting in saponin; washing with hot water to remove saponins and colloidal impurities in fats and oil.
※ Decoloring process
Pump degummed deacidified oil into decolorization tank, heat to 110 ° C while stirring, then add activated white clay with 2-4% oil content, mix for 30 minutes, temperature dropped to 70 ℃, then filter the white clay in it, that has been decolorized oil.
※ Deodorization process
Pump the decolorizing oil into the deodorizing tank, heat it to 220-260 ° C, and pass in steam, stripping for 4 hours.
This step is performed under vacuum conditions. Steam generator provides high temperature steam for this process.
※ Thermal oil furnace
Provide high temperature for the entire production line.
※ Water jet vacuum pump
Provide vacuum for decolorization and deodorization.
