Introduction

Leaching equipment is based on the principle of extraction which use An organic solvent.  After soaking or spraying in leaching tank, the grease in the oil is extracted. The process: immerse the pre-pressed oil cake in the selected solvent, dissolve the oil in solvent , then separate the mixed oil from the solid residue.As different boiling points are evaporated and stripped, by this way the solvent is vaporized into vapor and separated from the oil, thereby obtaining crude oil .Solvent vapor is condensed, cooled and recovered for storage to reused.

Advantages

After Physical squeezing,we can get most of oil from seed,but at the oil cake ,there still have some residue oil in oil cake,through leaching method can make maximum profit.By leaching method has the advantages of low residual oil rate in Oil cake , low labor intensity, great working environment and High quality meal.
